About
About AKSG
Aanandi Kutumb: a family with happiness, trust and enough. Samrudhha Gram: a village that can meet its needs together.
AKSG is proposed as a long-term village programme, starting from Chetna Vikas Mulya Shiksha and Madhyasth Darshan. It is not only roads and buildings. Families would live with trust; the village would produce what it needs; human development would stay complementary to nature.
Five dimensions sit together: Education–Sanskar, Health–Sanyam, Production, Exchange–Storage, and Justice–Protection. Outcomes below are proposed. Village-level work has not yet begun.

Preventive health, daily routine, a clean environment, yoga, local herbal knowledge and health camps.

Utpadan-Karya
Human effort with natural resources: kitchen gardens, natural farming, village enterprises and dignity of labour.

Vinimay-Kosh
Fair exchange, labour-based evaluation, responsible saving, village storage and resource funds.

Nyay-Suraksha
Recognising relationships: family assemblies, neighbourhood meetings, children’s assemblies and dialogue-based conflict resolution.

Vikalp Fellowship
A 24-month fellowship for young couples
The Vikalp Fellowship is the living path into AKSG. It is not a conventional job. Fellows study, practise in the family, and work with villages. Conducted by Saurabh Shaikshanik, Samajik Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha, Buldana.
- 24 months, with the first month as an assessment period
- Document AKSG, write, film, run seminars and village work
- Vegetarian conduct, medical fitness, family consent and a reference
- Financial support paid into a joint account with a family member, toward savings and livelihood

How the first phase is proposed to start
A relationship-based start: choose villages, take a baseline, hold dialogue, find resource families, prepare youth and educators, then learn and review. Cities can take part through education, technology, production and responsible consumption.
