Naresh Baluni brings an intense commitment to results, human consciousness and practical application of Madhyasth Darshan. With a background in psychology and experience as CEO of an FMCG company, Naresh found in Madhyasth Darshan a reason and direction for life. He continues to study human consciousness and relational fundamentals with his wife, Krishna Baluni. He is involved in active programmes including Utsav.Earth and human psychology curriculum development, and plays a key role in advancing the vision and mission of SHAPE.

Research, education and human relations

Himanshu Pastagiya is a calm and passionate thinker whose inquiry into human relations, identity and the purpose of life led him to Madhyasth Darshan. A chemical engineer by training, he brings more than seventeen years of experience across multinational, semi-public and private organisations. His commitment to value-based education, including education for his own children, strengthened his belief in the potential of Coexistentialism in learning. At SHAPE, he contributes to research work and the larger goal of a pollution-free earth where human beings live in care, support and cordial relationship with one another.

Research, governance and philosophical study

Ajay Jain is a mechanical engineer from IIT Delhi with extensive senior-level experience in Maharatna public sector organisations and multinational companies. His search for truth began early, and around thirty years ago he came in contact with A. Nagraj, the propounder of Madhyasth Darshan. Since then, he has continued to deepen his study and teach this understanding across India. He was conferred an honorary Ph.D. by Atmiya University, Rajkot, for his service in understanding and spreading this philosophy. As a research member of SHAPE, he brings depth, clarity and institutional wisdom to the team.

Science, unified theory and existential inquiry

Balmukund Meena is a devoted learner of science and the laws of existence. His journey from IIT to deeper existential inquiry led him to Coexistentialism and Madhyasth Darshan, which answered many of his questions about science, human relationships and systems. He now works to reinterpret contemporary scientific theories, including unified theory, through the lens of Coexistentialism. As a research member of SHAPE, he contributes to solutions for global challenges while also applying the principles of harmony and understanding in family life with his wife, Vidhi.

Relationships, business experience and grounded social understanding

Kishan Chaturvedi is a loving and relation-centric person involved in a traditional spices business. After more than twenty years in business, he began studying Madhyasth Darshan in 2007 while searching for a design of living that fulfils the human need for harmony. Rooted in strong family values, he believes that life becomes simple when human beings understand existence and relationships. As a student of Madhyasth Darshan and a member of the SHAPE research team, his personal goal is aligned with the wider goal of SHAPE.

Sustainable production, happiness and social responsibility

Ramesh Choudhary began asking how to be happy and support others in being happy while working in a multinational company. That question led him towards Madhyasth Darshan. After nearly twenty years in the IT field and senior corporate roles, he has spent more than a decade studying reality, happiness and responsible living. He deeply values family life and desires to help build a society where people live happily and practise sustainable production so the earth remains healthy.

Education, rural living, enterprise and farming

Vinod Sharma is a tranquil person with a deep belief in not harming anyone. His journey with Madhyasth Darshan began through the desire to provide the best education to his children. Born into a spiritual family, he started an IT company with the conviction that work should not be only for profit, but also a space where people share warmth with one another. He has been associated with Madhyasth Darshan for more than ten years, lives and works from a rural area, and is also involved in farming. Along with his wife, Nitu, and their children, he actively works with SHAPE to contribute to a better life for future generations.

Sustainable food systems, Utsav.Earth and implementation

Hemant Moharir is an engineering professional with postgraduate management education and more than twenty years of corporate experience. Around twelve years ago, he began seeking a more meaningful, balanced and sustainable model of life, which led him to Madhyasth Darshan. Today, he dedicates his time to the study and application of this philosophy. He facilitates organic, sustainable and healthy produce through Yuktahaar in Nagpur and has co-founded Utsav.Earth, a platform connecting genuine producers and conscious consumers through a relationship-based value chain. Supported by his wife, Swati, a nutritionist and yoga teacher, he brings fresh ideas and implementation insight to SHAPE.

Family business, global practices and research contribution

Rahul Mahajan is a dedicated, transparent and family-oriented individual seeking balance between business, family and personal identity. After undergraduate and postgraduate studies in India and abroad, he now manages the family-owned business in Delhi. Living in a joint family spanning four generations, he draws strength from cultural values as a father and husband. In his search for equilibrium, he found direction in Madhyasth Darshan. Together with his father, Sushil Mahajan, and wife, Shefali Mahajan, he studies this philosophy to support harmonious living and holistic education for their children. As an active research member of SHAPE, he brings knowledge of current global practices and innovative ideas to the team.
