SHAPE Foundation team members working together

Our Team

People Behind the Work

SHAPE Foundation brings together people with experience in education, enterprise, healthcare, research, institutional development and community work.

Our Model

How the Collective Works

SHAPE Foundation works as an enabling institution. Partner organisations and project leaders retain responsibility for the work they lead, while SHAPE contributes support according to the initiative’s needs.

This approach allows local knowledge, leadership and institutional identity to remain central. It also enables SHAPE to support diverse projects without forcing them into a single operational model.
