About the Project
Global Guardians School is an educational initiative in Visnagar, Gujarat, focused on consciousness development, value education and academic learning.
The school creates an environment in which children and young people can explore themselves, their relationships, society, nature and the larger reality of coexistence.
Its purpose is to help students develop the understanding, ability and skills required to live with happiness, prosperity, responsibility and care for the Earth.
Global Guardians School is part of the Agrahar Nagraj Foundation and is located on Paldi Road in Visnagar, Gujarat.
Its programme connects consciousness development and value education with academic excellence. Students learn through classroom study, dialogue, projects, observation, relationships and practical experiences.
The school is built around the belief that children need more than information and professional preparation. They also need clarity about happiness, relationships, human purpose, society and participation with nature.

Students explore natural systems and ecological balance through the framework of Four Orders of Nature: Material Order, Plant Order, Animal Order, and Human/Knowledge Order.

1. Utsav Shala (House of Celebration - Nursery, KG, UKG): Built around family theme, trust, play, sensory exploration, and nature observation.
2. Sukh Shala (House of Happiness - Grades 1 to 5): Foundation in academics, literacy, numeracy, respect for life forms, and self-reliance.
3. Shanti Shala (House of Peace - Grades 6 to 8): Critical thinking, analytical ability, human ethics, environmental responsibility, and emotional balance.
4. Santosh Shala (House of Contentment - Grades 9 to 12): Specialised subjects, leadership, social responsibility, independent research, and career planning.
5. Anand Shala (House of Bliss - Grades 13 and 14 / Post-School): Teacher development, educational practice, evidence, and humane education leadership.
Community & Partnership

Teachers undergo intensive development in Chetna Vikas Mulya Shiksha, Madhyasth Darshan, theme-based facilitation, and humane school culture.
