Program Overview and Objectives: The fellowship runs from September 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, at the Saurav Shaikshik Samajik Sansthan in Buldhana, Maharashtra. Participants engage in a structured program that blends research and hands-on practice to enhance their intellectual clarity, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and behavioral ethics. With a daily 13-hour schedule, fellows will spend approximately 1,440 hours on research and 1,680 hours on practical activities, including teaching responsibilities at the host institute.
