A child needs knowledge and skills to participate meaningfully in the world. At the same time, information and professional ability alone do not answer every question a student encounters while growing up.
Children also need opportunities to learn how to understand themselves, recognise and fulfil relationships, communicate with trust and respect, make responsible choices, work collaboratively, care for the body and physical environment, and participate in family and society.
Prerana Vidyalaya seeks to bring these dimensions into the everyday educational environment.
Value education is therefore not treated as an occasional lecture or a separate moral science subject. It is reflected in classroom relationships, teacher conduct, collective work, dialogue, problem-solving and the culture of the campus.
