About the Project

About Sanchetana Psychology

Sanchetana Psychology seeks to create a more comprehensive learning environment. The initiative helps young people examine psychological questions in relation to their everyday lives. Participants explore how they understand themselves, how they relate to others and how their thoughts and choices influence their wellbeing.

About Sanchetana Psychology

The programme draws from Jeevan Vidya–Sah-Astitva to encourage self-exploration rather than dependence on external beliefs. Participants are invited to reflect on human aspirations, expectations, emotions, relationships and the possibility of living with greater consistency.

By locating the programme in a rural educational setting, Sanchetana Psychology also makes meaningful psychological learning accessible to young people who may have limited exposure to such discussions.

What is the difference between reaction and responsible response?

How can individuals develop clarity in difficult situations?

How are personal wellbeing and social responsibility connected?

What role does the environment play in human development?

How can psychological understanding support healthier families and communities?
